Learn the best exercise to relieve tennis elbow pain, shown by a Physiotherapist.
This simple static hold (isometric) exercise is easy to do and very effective for reducing pain due to tendonitis (tendonopathy).
Tennis elbow gives pain on the outer part of the elbow. Often due to gripping, lifting and twisting activities, usually with an ache afterwards.
It can come on gradually over time due to repetitive grip activities or start after doing heavy work or can just seem to come on by itself.
This stage 1 exercise is a great way to start to settle the symptoms of tennis elbow pain.
Then further strengthening exercises should be started, until the elbow muscles are happy to work pain-free with all grip/lift and twist activities.
