Make sure your child is doing exercise correctly, effectively and safely, supervised by an Exercise Physiologist.
The Teens Strength & Conditioning class is run in our private fully equipped Fitness Studio with a maximum of 6 teens. Each teen will have their own individual program to complete that has been designed by their Physiotherapist and/or Exercise Physiologist. This program will be specific to their goals, be it general strength and conditioning, to specific sports injury rehab ie post knee surgery, or even sports performance training ie improving agility, vertical jump etc.
